Absolutely Fab Stay!
great entertainment amazing staff food selection
The entertainment was super great every night. I enjoyed all the food with a great selection. Parking was free and close to transport! Staff provided amazing service as did food.
The room was tiny. I found the bathroom ridiculously compact. The view looked out onto a dirty yard.

Really good Staff and Entertainment
helpful staff great location enjoyable entertainment varied breakfast
I found the staff to be helpful and friendly . The location was great, with access to nearby attractions. The entertainment each evening was very enjoyable, with something for everyone. I especially appreciated the breakfast (so many options to start the day right!).
The hallway carpets showed some wear and could use some updating.

stained carpet bathroom size
the room i had was quite small i noticed the carpet had some pretty bad stains. there was no air conditioning, so it was hard to sleep with how warm it got. the bathroom was also small and the bath leaked a bit which wasn't ideal. too many stairs and the lift didn't always work either

Excellent Value with Great Entertainment
good bedding comfy pillows
I found the room size good, with super clean bedding. The bed and pillows were very comfy. The entertainment was a very good standard EVERY night. I would definitely recommend the hotel as it offers fantastically good value.
The lift had broken down, so getting to the fourth floor was tough. I saw elderly people struggling with the stairs each day. It was unacceptable that no engineer came to fix the lift .

The room was well worth it for the added sea view. Rooms had been updated and felt VERY clean. A double or twin room gave plenty of space for luggage.

The food was excellent, with a good choice EVERY meal. Breakfast was very good and offered friendly service. Tables for meals were pre-bookable, very convenient.

The hotel boasts a good location on the seafront, for me. Parking was good and convenient. The location is great with easy access to nearby amenities.

good food quality food polite staff nice staff tidy hotel clean hotel small bathroom low pressure water pressure slow drain
the food was definitely a highlight. the evening meal had plenty of choice, and everything tasted amazing. the staff was also very nice and polite. the hotel was clean and tidy, i noticed.
the bathroom was far too small, i thought. the shower had unsatisfactory water pressure, too. the shower did not drain away quickly. it took at least an hour, i observed.
